Harvey World Travel upgrades with TufflineTV wall system
Fast store transformation is the key ingredient to a successful store upgrade. A transformation that happens in days rather than weeks. With less disruption comes greater revenue. No carpenters or shop fitters spent much time fitting-out Harvey World Travel’s new agency in Westfield Eastgardens as HWT opted for the innovative Tuffline TV® retail wall system.

The Tuffline TV® prefabricated wall systems include; retail television displays with integrated HD media players, inter changeable colour graphics, shelf brackets and brochure displays. As Harvey World Travel discovered, the complete solution can be installed in less that half a day and cut weeks off a traditional shop-fit saving real revenue in the process.
Harvey World Travel will now transform all their stores with the new look, enhancing the consistent message and offering a uniform retail experience across all the 350 plus stores in Australia - Harvey World Travel ‘The Travel Professionals’.
The new store features multi level engagement, both through the staff and the innovative visual aids throughout the store.
So what key components created this exciting new look?

Entrance to store and initial customer engagement area.
The first thing you see when you enter the store is the 52” plasma built into a Tuffline TV® HWT branded display, this display also houses twelve brochure racks. This display of moving travel images also doubles as a presentation tool to screen films on travel nights, visual travel guides for seasonal specials or videos of special products. The racks below the screen house the last minute deal flyers as well as the latest special brochures.
Consultant facing wall and point of sale racks.
After reviewing the design of their existing stores and consulting their network focus group Harvey World Travel decided that the existing blue walls were too dominant and actually lowered the impact of the store by reducing light levels, So they opted for a China White main wall which brings light into the space and helps ‘punch out’ the TufflineTV™ point of sales units attached to the wall, these displays feature aspirational video and animated still travel images, each of the Tuffline TV® retail wall systems incorporates 12 integrated brochure racks, the consultants sit in front of the units and use them as an invaluable resource tool to aid selling all facets of the travel process.

Back feature wall and map
The back feature wall is now blue and has a very detailed world map, the map is easily updated as it is installed into a magnetic Tuffline TV® frame, the replacement of the map can be performed by the staff in store and it only takes a couple of minutes.
Research performed by Harvey World Travel showed that their consumers loved maps, preferably detailed maps. The staff in store use the map to help their clients gain a better understanding of distance and world geography.
Matt Leedham, GM Creative Services, Harvey World Travel said “Our in-store Tuffline TV® units herald the start of a new era for travel agencies. Having the flexibility of being able to replace both the selling skins and video material throughout the retail seasons coupled with the vibrancy of show casing all the destinations we sell within the store environment is a key differentiator in the market. The units are easily implemented, have a real wow factor and the agents absolutely love them. All we have had is positive feedback since the first units were installed and we look forward to a complete roll out across the network”
As you know seeing is believing, so pop into Harvey World Travel at Eastgardens and have a look, why not book a trip whilst you’re there, you’ll be able to afford it if you can cut your next refit time in half.
