New Brand rollout
St George Bank’s new ‘Active Cash’ ATMs, rolling-out July 2002 in pubs, clubs and service stations, required graphics for their ATM wraps, light box advertising, outdoor banners, a-frame footpath signs, window decals, counter top signage and other promotional material.

ATMs aren’t the easiest shape to wrap. Fleet vinyl was thus chosen as the most appropriate self-adhesive material. Its malleability compared to other types of self-adhesive vinyl means it conforms to grooves, nooks and crannies. Other self-adhesive vinyls include Promotional and High-Grade, which are both suitable for flat surfaces.

Other materials used in the new brand rollout include Duratran for the light boxes, face-mount Vutek vinyl for the window decals and self-adhesive Vutek vinyl for the a-frame footpath signs and long-term outdoor signage.

Designer Suction Caps
Our latest graphics hanging device, Designer Suction Caps, are great for those tenants with stringent restrictions on the changes they may make to the building structure and are ideal for those who want to change their graphics on a regular basis.

Designer Suction Caps can hold up to 15 kilograms making them reliable for large size banners and heavier materials. What’s more, designer suction caps look fantastic. The graphic is suspended about ten centimetres from the window, creating an attractive, layered effect.

ATO’s Consolidation Walk Through
The ATO’s Consolidation Program walk-through display has been created using Flash Photobition Portable Architecture display stands. Portable Architecture can be popped-up, presented and packed away, quickly and easily, which is ideal for the exhibitor’s busy travel plans at seven locations across Australia.

Each Portable Architecture display stand can be used separately or can be linked to create a variety of shapes and sizes. Using 22 display stands, the walk-through took advantage of this versatility and has been commended for presenting the new business tax reform information professionally, clearly and creatively.

Ads on Wheels
Hitting the streets of Sydney and Melbourne is Ads On Wheels, a high impact, and high exposure mobile scrolling display system. Flash Photobition are providing the prints for the Ads on Wheels trucks, each printed on high quality, cost-effective backlit Vutek vinyl. Backlit illumination ensures maximum exposure at any time of day or night and the UV colour protection means the ads will remain vibrant.

Ads On Wheels was awarded the silver medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva for its innovative concept. So keep an eye out for this very different advertising tool.

Ticket Giveaway
Last month we brought you a story about Flash Photobition’s work with Icon Film Distribution’s We Were Soldiers Promotion. Flash Photobition digitally printed over 200 promotional posters for the film using Latex paper and Vutek vinyl.

This month we’re giving away free tickets to the movie, so get your entries in fast!

Our Win a Digital Camera competition is running until the end of June. Remember, the more friends you sign up for our newsletter, the more chances you have to win. So get cracking with that one. The Nikon 775 is valued at $1,000…wish I could enter.

I’d like to thank everyone for the feedback on last month’s issue. It’s important to us that our newsletter maintains its relevance and must read appeal. Comments of any nature are most appreciated.

I have to make a correction on last month’s issue. The Body Art exhibition will be running until the 28th of July not 28th June. So if you can’t catch it this month, make sure to in July, it’s certainly way up there on my wow scale. Congratulations to all our winners of the Body Art Ticket Competition – have a fantastic time!
